CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS


GENERAL


1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts and other applicable laws in relation to the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.

3. Shipping charges that are the cost of product shipment will be paid by buyers.

4.Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

5. In the event that it is impossible to deliver the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation within 3 days from the date of receipt. within 14 days, the total price must be returned to the buyer.

6. If the buyer does not pay for the product he has purchased or cancels it in his bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product expires.

7. After the product has been delivered, if it is determined that the credit card that the buyer has paid for has been used unfairly by unauthorized people and the price of the product sold has not been paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days with the shipping expense belonging to the seller.

8. If there is a force majeure that the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered within the time limit, the buyer will be notified of the situation. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with the like, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle disappears. If the buyer cancels the order; within 14 days of this cancellation, the product price will be refunded to the bank.

9. The buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; torn, stained, damaged, etc. and belongs to the category of defective goods, and must protect the goods/services after receiving them. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

10. At the address the buyer purchased the product itself or the person/organization from the date of delivery 14 (fourteen) days within any liability to the seller and notify you via the contact information provided below, assuming the goods without any legal or criminal reject and may use his right of withdrawal from the contract without reason.

TERMS OF RETURN

The product to be returned must be returned with a transparent protection bag and the original package/ box that was received, whether the product label was not torn off or the hygiene tapes were not removed. The product must be returned as it was delivered.


Please open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company official you received.


*** Damaged products that have not been recorded are strictly non-refundable.


In order for the product to be returned, it must be sent by invoice. Products that have lost their resalability and cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted for refund and the price is not refunded.

Refund the price of the approved products in the shortest time your party is paid.
